Extended Hands of Hope is a 501 c(3) nonprofit Christian organization focused on providing safe housing and supportive services to survivors of minor sex trafficking. Our trauma-informed programs are designed to promote healing from past abuse and to empower survivors for a successful future. Our programs consist of meeting the immediate and long-term needs of underage girls who have experienced extreme trauma through the horrors of sex trafficking.

Our Core Values drive everything we do:

Hope:  Without hope, life loses its meaning. Hope changes everything. It is a firm assurance for better things to come. Hope provides the confidence and strength for us to continue on. Hope does not disappoint. We know there is hope for every man, woman, and child who has been victimized by sex trafficking. Hope for healing, hope for renewal, and hope for a life without fear and condemnation.

Community: Extended Hands of Hope understands that not one entity can tackle the issue of sex trafficking; we must work together! We all bring different strengths and weaknesses to the table, and together we can fill in the gaps and effectively support survivors, and engage our community.

Excellence: Extended Hands of Hope is committed to excellence in everything we do, from our program to our finances. We know that we are not only accountable to our donors, but ultimately to God. He sees all and knows all; therefore, we will work to the best of our ability to operate in a state of transparency and accountability.

Truth: Extended Hands of Hope is guided by the ultimate truth that God loves His creation and longs for a relationship with them. He has called His people forgiven and free. Our goal is to break down the lies that have been spoken to the survivors of sex trafficking by replacing them with truths from God’s Word. Truth empowers people to see their true identity.

Perseverance: Fighting against the darkness of sex trafficking takes perseverance and persistence. Though we experience moments of wanting to quit, we will continue on, because we know there are many children, women, and men that need someone fighting for them. We refuse to give up when times get tough.

Safety: Safety is our top priority. Not only do we work hard to offer a physically safe place for the survivors to live, but we also offer an emotionally safe environment. Our programs are a place where girls are safe to express their feelings, safe to make mistakes and try again, and safe to pursue their dreams without judgment.

Unity: We cannot walk together on the same path if we don’t agree in the same destination. Unity is a must in order to fulfill our mission. There is security in a unified environment. We must stand together.
